By using the MoxzClicks website or participating in a call, webinar, or Follow-Up Friday session, you agree to these terms.

Services

MoxzClicks provides LinkedIn strategy consulting, training, and accountability sessions. Sessions are educational in nature. We share strategies and systems that work, but we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or opportunities.

Scheduling and attendance

Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule a call or session. Recordings and materials, when provided, are for your personal use.

Payments and cancellations

Paid memberships such as Follow-Up Friday bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the paid period. The rate in effect when you join stays in place while your membership remains active.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in MoxzClicks sessions, including frameworks, templates, and materials, belongs to MoxzClicks and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of liability

MoxzClicks is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or participation in its services. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn's own terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the current version.
